We stand by our greenhouse heaters, and we want you to get the most out of yours. That’s why we offer servicing and repairs for all our own gas and electric heaters, made here at Hotbox Heaters.

Cost

Generally, our greenhouse heater servicing costs £65 (this includes VAT and return postage), plus any additional costs for parts that need replacing. (Please note that we will not add any parts without your prior consent.)

How it works

1. Postage – Post your Hotbox heater back to us at:

2. Service – We complete the service and inform you of any parts required before adding.

3. Payment – We call you to complete the final payment for the service.
